Scott focuses on origination in the Mountain West states. He brings more than two decades of experience as an investor, operator, and capital provider across real estate and services businesses. Before joining Silver Heights Capital, Scott founded and ran a full-cycle real estate platform in Park City, Utah focused on development, lending, and property restoration. He originated and underwrote loans while simultaneously managing development projects throughout the region.

Earlier in his career, Scott was Managing Partner of several healthcare consulting companies that he owned, operated, and successfully exited. He began his career at CB Richard Ellis in 1997 and has since been an active principal investor across commercial real estate, multifamily and residential assets. Scott holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
