Greg joined Silver Heights in 2025 as General Counsel with overall responsibility for legal and compliance functions of the firm.

Prior to joining Silver Heights, Greg served as General Counsel of several alternative asset managers, including AIP Capital, an aviation-focused asset manager as well as Priority 1 Holdings, a family-office backed holding company with various aviation-related operating businesses. Greg was previously Senior Counsel at Day Pitney LLP where he advised a broad base of clients on transactional and regulatory matters, including private equity sponsors, credit funds, real estate managers, family offices and institutional investors.

Greg started his legal career at Paul Weiss focusing on M&A, corporate finance and securities work. He holds a BA from Emory University and a JD from NYU School of Law. Greg is licensed to practice in NY and CT.
