David contributes to the underwriting and portfolio functions at Silver Heights Capital. He supports investment analysis, transaction execution, and asset management across the firm’s platform.

Before joining SHC, David was with 18 Main, a boutique real estate investment firm, where he helped lead the firm’s acquisition, development, and financing efforts across a range of projects. Prior to that, he worked at Dwight Capital, where he underwrote debt opportunities for both stabilized and ground-up multifamily projects and played a key role in closing loans nationwide. David holds a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University and an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
